Uglies by Scott Westerfield

Everyone is waiting for their 16th birthday when they get to get the operation to make themselves pretty. All of Tally's friends have gotten the operation and she is left in the dorm building by herself, waiting for her birthday to arrive. But then Tally meets someone new; her name is Shay. All of her friends have also had the operation and she is also left waiting. Tally and Shay become good friends. But then something changes Tally's relationship with Shay. This is their adventure.

I really, really, really, really loved this book!!! I could read it over and over and over and over. I would recommend this book to people who love to read fantasy, action, and adventure novels.
